Grangemouth Community Sports Trust (GCST) is delighted to announce a new opportunity to join the team at Grangemouth Stadium as a Stadium Attendant.

This 18-month, part-time position (15 hours per week, with regular opportunities for overtime) offers a fantastic chance to be part of the transformation of Grangemouth Stadium into a thriving, inclusive and sustainable hub for athletics and community life.

As a charitable organisation, GCST is driven by a belief in the power of sport to inspire wellbeing and strengthen communities. The Trust’s vision is to ensure the Stadium becomes a vibrant, community-led asset that is both financially sustainable and widely accessible, preserving its historic legacy while unlocking its full potential as a centre for athletic excellence and community activity.

The Stadium Attendant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Stadium. The successful candidate will work directly with the on-site team, reporting to the Stadium Manager, and will help ensure that all users of the facility, from athletes and clubs to local residents, have a safe, enjoyable and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the upkeep, maintenance, and security of the Stadium facilities.

  • Overseeing the safety and behaviour of users and spectators.

  • Assisting with bookings, customer service, and general administration.

  • Participating in regular health and safety and operational training.

The role offers a salary of £9,523 per annum (£12.21 per hour), plus access to the company pension scheme and pro-rata annual leave entitlement. The successful applicant will mainly work evening shifts (5–9pm) with occasional weekend hours.

GCST is looking for someone motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about sport, particularly community sport, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to creating inclusive, positive sporting experiences for all.

Applications should include a CV, covering letter (outlining how your skills and experience align with the role), and an equal opportunities form. These should be sent to craig.stewart@grangemouthcommunitysportstrust.org.

The closing date for applications is Friday 28th November 2025, with interviews taking place during the week commencing 8th December 2025.
