We're a Real Living Wage Employer

Grangemouth Community Sports Trust is delighted to announce that we are now officially accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer.

We received our official accreditation certificate from the Living Wage Foundation this weekend, marking a great start to a busy few months for the Trust.

This accreditation reflects our commitment to ensuring that everyone working with us receives a wage that meets the real cost of living. As a community-focused charity, we believe that investing in our people is just as important as investing in our facilities and the communities we serve.

By becoming a Real Living Wage Employer, we're reinforcing our values of fairness, respect and opportunity, while continuing to provide high-quality services for our local community.
