Join Our Team: Office Administrator Opportunity at Grangemouth Stadium

Grangemouth Community Sports Trust is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator, playing a vital role in the day-to-day running of Grangemouth Stadium.


This is a part-time post (20 hours per week) on a 15-month fixed-term contract, with regular opportunities for overtime. The role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and passionate about community sport.

About the Role

Reporting to the Stadium Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Stadium Office and will act as a key point of contact for users, partners and the wider community.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the Stadium Office

  • Invoicing, purchasing and payroll administration

  • Handling bookings and supporting programme delivery

  • Preparing basic finance reports for the Stadium Manager

  • Updating the website and social media platforms

  • Coordinating volunteers

  • Delivering front-line customer service and reception duties

  • Supporting general administrative tasks and operational procedures


The role is based on-site at Grangemouth Stadium (FK3 0EE) and may occasionally involve evening or weekend work.


About You

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a busy, community-focused environment. You’ll have strong organisational and communication skills, be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and have experience in office administration.


Experience in areas such as invoicing, payroll, basic finance reporting, website or social media administration, and working with community groups or sports organisations would be particularly valuable.


Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: £13,332 per annum

  • Hours: 20 hours per week over 4 days (with overtime opportunities)

  • Annual Leave: 33 days per year including bank holidays (pro rata)

  • Pension: Company pension scheme

  • Probation: 6-month probationary period
